Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror installed two different shower setups in our home, including a swinging matte-black door and a walk-through opening with no door. This was our first time buying shower doors, and after visiting big box stores and reading the reviews, we quickly realized we needed something better. A family member recommended Willow Ridge, and I’m so glad they did.
From the moment we walked into the showroom, Karyn was incredibly helpful. The showroom is compact, but it has enough on display to really visualize your options. She took the time to explain hardware finishes, glass types, and coatings (we chose the ShowerGuard option), and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We were especially unsure about whether our walk-through shower was long enough and would keep water in the space, and even though she assured us it would work, we were skeptical. She ended up being completely right — the shower functions perfectly with no water on the bathroom floor.
The installers were just as impressive. Our home was newly remodeled, and they treated it with care. They put on shoe covers without being asked — even back when they came out for measurements during the remodel. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and finished within a couple of hours. Everything looks great, and after about two months of use we haven’t had a single issue.
Pricing was only slightly higher than the big box stores, but the quality, service, and peace of mind made it absolutely worth it. In fact, we’ve already gone back to them to have a glass topper made for our dining table, which says a lot about the trust and confidence we have in their work.
I also want to mention Vince, who is an excellent installer and just a genuinely great guy. He took a moment to ask how our remodel/move was going and chat with us for a bit, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional.
Overall, Willow Ridge Glass & Mirror delivers great customer service, solid workmanship, clear communication, and high-quality products. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for shower doors or custom glass work.

I had them remove a large plateglass mirror and hang 2 /17 lb mirrors. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Vince was my installer for both projects. He arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, and listened to my requests. The projects were completed perfectly and the area was left in perfect condition . I would highly recommend this company and ask for Vince.

Had two half round thermopane glass windows replaced by Willow Ridge. One was above the front entry door and the other one was above the front picture window. The glass seal in the old glass was broken and the gas leaked causing a foggy condition in between the glass The team of Mike and Nick did a wonderful job. As previously stated in some other reviews, the working area was covered with a tarp and everything was vacuumed and cleaned. A family member had four windows replaced and she highly recommended them to me. Thank you Willow Ridge
